Kennywood is an amusement park sago Heflin, Pennsylvania, near Pittsburgh. The park opened as the first "trolley parks" in Monogahela Street end of the railway in 1898. The park was purchased in 1906 by FW Henninger and Andrew McSwigan, and thus began the Kennywood Entertainment Company, has lasted 100 years, closely held family business.
This traditional amusement park rides as well structure and can be traced back to its opening and the early 20th century. With Rye Playland Park, which is only two play in the National Register of Historic Places-listed parks.
